J5 Stuck on Samsung Logo

Hi im stuck in this safe mode for 3 days now and my volume down is not functioning i did everything just to get out of this and make my phone back to normal. It did says that restart will do but i did it many times it started when i restart it like a normal phone but when the screen starts to light again i get confused why Im already in safe mode.
